Farmington High School’s Evan Fuller Appointed to West Point
(FARMINGTON) The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is one of the most prestigious schools in the country with a strenuous admission process. Four students from southern Missouri were appointed to West Point, including Evan Fuller of Farmington High School. Fuller shares how much went into the admission process.

The politician that nominated Fuller was U.S. Representative Jason Smith. Fuller’s college wish list included schools with top-notch academics and NCAA Division 1 athletics. He says the service component helped him choose West Point over other colleges.

Fuller says his life experiences have prepared him for the physical and mental challenges ahead.

Evan Fuller plans to study business management at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He will be a member of the school’s Track and Field team as well as the cross country team.
