Farmington Man Dead after Head-On Crash in St. Francois County

(Farmington) A man is dead and a woman seriously injured after a two vehicle accident Saturday afternoon in St. Francois County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place on double ‘O’ Highway south of Coffman Road when a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Sandra Gallaher of Farmington crossed the centerline and struck a car driven by 39-year-old Randal Harris of Farmington head-on.

Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gallaher received serious injuries and was flown to Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.
