Farmington Man Fatally Injured in St. Francois County Accident

(St. Francois Co., Mo.) A Farmington man was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident this afternoon in St. Francois County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a Ford F-150 driven by 60-year-old Steven Rubel failed to yield for a Yamaha FZ07 driven by 25-year-old Jack Cable at the intersection of Highway 221 and Bray Road. Rubel turned into the intersection striking the motorcycle of Cable ejecting him from the bike. Cable was pronounced dead at the scene by the St. Francois County Coroner.
