Farmington man indicted on rape takes plea deal

A Farmington man indicted on rape charges has entered a plea deal.

30-year-old Levi Berg agreed to an Alford plea after being found guilty on 3 charges first-degree statutory rape and one charge of felony statutory rape.

Berg was charged and indicted for a 2017 incident where a minor claimed he touched her inappropriately.

Berg has already been incarcerated and is a registered sex offender after he was found guilty of assault on a minor back in 2013.

He will serve up to 15 years in prison.
