Farmington Man Killed In Accident

(Farmington) A Farmington man was killed last night in a traffic accident on Highway 67.
The highway patrol says 54 year old Mark Higginbotham was driving north on his Yamaha motorcycle when he ran off the road.
He was thrown from the motorcycle as it overturned and collided with the median cable barrier.
Higginbotham was pronounced dead at the scene by St. Francois County Coroner Jason Coplin.
The accident happened just south of Highway 8, just after 8 o’clock last night.
