Farmington Softball Celebrates Ragsdale Field Renovations with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

(Farmington) Ragsdale Field at Engler Park underwent major renovations this summer, including a new turf playing surface. The opening game at the field was on Tuesday afternoon between the Farmington Knights and Festus Tigers softball teams, and the field was officially opened with a pregame ribbon cutting ceremony. Farmington High School’s athletic director Chad Mills appreciates the effort needed to make the renovations happen.

Mills says the facility is meant for the whole community.

The new home of Knights softball will be enjoyed for years to come.
