Farmington Tops South Iron, Advances to Boys Semis at Central Xmas Tourney

(PARK HILLS) – The 3rd seed Farmington Knights dominated against the 11th seed South Iron Panthers Thursday as they got an easy victory 82-42 in the 62nd Annual Bob Sechrest Jr. Central Christmas Tournament.
The Knights shot the lights out from the tip as they had seven first half threes. Brendan Hardy had 13 first-quarter points along with three threes.
Knights head coach Terry Noble said he enjoyed the way his team looked.
Farmington will take on North County in the semi-finals Friday night on J-98. South Iron will face Ste. Genevieve in the 5th place bracket that same day.
