(BONNE TERRE, Mo.) – Two rivals will face off on the baseball diamond Tuesday afternoon as the Farmington Knights visit the North County Raiders. Farmington comes into the matchup on an eight-game losing streak and trying to improve on its 2-8 record. Knights coach Scott Hibbits said his guys are trying to find some clutch hitting.

Farmington has also lost five in a row against the Raiders, who have won six of their last seven contests and are currently 7-4-1 overall. Raiders coach Chris McLain said a lot of their recent success is attributed to their offense.

First pitch between Farmington and North County is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. The Flieg’s Equipment Pregame Show will begin at 4:15 p.m. on AM-800 KREI.
