Farmington Woman Injured In Iron County Accident

(Farmington) A Farmington woman was seriously injured Wednesday afternoon in a traffic accident on Highway 49 north of Annapolis.

The highway patrol says 42 year old Michelle Herren was driving south when her Ford Focus ran off the road and hit an embankment.

She was flown to Mercy South Medical Center in St. Louis for treatment of her injuries.
