Farmington wrapping up some city maintenance, beginning new projects

As part of a number of jobs being done over the last year, a paving project is coming to a close in Farmington.
City administrator Greg Beavers says they are currently asking people to show caution when driving in one particular area.
The city is also wrapping up a sewer pipe installation near Holiday Park. Beavers says it’s essential.
And Beavers gives an update on the work being done on water lines on Hickory Street.
Beavers says once work is completed on Hickory Street, the city will be removing the lift station from Perrine Road with a sewer gravity main line to support the mobile home community in that area.
