Farmington's Boyd Captures State Title, Dream Team Spot

(Farmington) After finishing 6th last year Farmington wrestler Dayton Boyd captured the state title this year at the Class Three 113 pound weight division. Boyd was then voted onto the Regional Radio Dream Team by the area coaches. Boyd was ranked number one throughout the season and finished with a 46-2 record. Boyd hasn’t yet decided where he will wrestle in college, but he knows what he will study. Boyd will major in biology and then attend chiropractic school.
