(FARMINGTON) – The Farmington Knights athletic community will not soon forget the time Tycen Gray spent with both the football and boys basketball programs. Gray capped off his high school playing career earning Boys Basketball Co-Player of the Year on the Regional Radio Dream Team. He said he was thrilled to receive not only that honor, but also a spot on the Class 4 All-State team.

Among all of the awards, games and experiences he has had throughout his basketball career, Gray said he will value the relationships with his teammates most.

Gray will soon join the football program at Missouri Western State University, but he said basketball will always have a special place in his heart.

Gray averaged a double-double in his senior year with 19 points and 10 rebounds per game. He leaves the Farmington program as its all-time leading scorer and rebounder.
