Fatal Crash in Crawford County

(Sullivan) A man from Sullivan is dead after crashing his vehicle Saturday evening in Crawford County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened on double ‘F’ Highway at Farris Road, a few miles southwest of Sullivan, when 52-year-old Edward Heads ran off the road on a curve in his Chevy Trailblazer.

The vehicle then struck a sign and tree.

Heads was thrown out of the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Crawford County coroner.
