253 assistant coach Drew Horrell says they have high-level hurling in spades.
DeSoto SMCI has lost back-to-back games coming into this matchup, but big-time power bats have helped them start the year 6-5 overall and 3-1 in District 13.
DeSoto has swatted 7 home runs and almost 40 extra-base hits already this season, but SMCI head coach Sean Wiley says his team needs to continue to finish off big innings.
253 won all 3 meetings with SMCI in 2019.
