Festus-Crystal City Elks Lodge #1721 Temporarily Closed

(Festus/Crystal City) Festus-Crystal City Elks Lodge #1721 has temporarily closed its doors after a few of its members tested positive for COVID-19.
Nelson Scherrer is the Chairman of the Board of Directions. He says effective immediately the Elks will be closed for 14 days.
Scherrer says having to close the Elks is unfortunate but necessary.
Pending more positive COVID-19 tests, Elks Lodge #1721 is expected to reopen on Tuesday, September 8th.
