Festus man flees the scene of an accident

(Festus) A Festus man was arrested for fleeing the scene of a traffic accident on Thursday night. According to Festus Police Chief Tim Lewis, the accident took place on South Mill Street.

The man is a 26-year old Festus resident, however, his name was not released.
