Festus Police Chief on Upcoming 4th of July Festivities

(Festus) We are a little less than two weeks away from the 4th of July and firework celebrations that come along with the holiday.

Festus Police Chief Tim Lewis provides an update on the city’s enforcement when it comes to fireworks.

In addition to being respectful of others when shooting off fireworks, safety needs to be a top priority as well.

Once again, fireworks are only allowed to be shot off in the City of Festus on the 4th of July.
