Festus prepares for 2022 street projects

(Festus) The City of Festus is already getting things in order for another major street improvement project for 2022. Festus City Administrator Greg Camp says the city along with MODOT are taking comments and concerns on the improvements to West Main Street.
Camp says this another STP project that will be mostly funded by the Federal Government.
Camp says sidewalks are important because they are used so much by the residents.
Festus has already begun work on 3rd Street after putting the finishing touches on 5th Street between Cromwell and Sunshine.
