Festus Tiger Bria Garmon Surpasses 1,000 Career Digs

(FESTUS) Senior Bria Garmon of Festus volleyball has reached another milestone after the Tigers participated two weekends ago in the North County Tournament. Bria achieved 1,000 career digs in a win over Windsor. This accomplishment comes on the heels of a junior campaign where Bria reached 1,000 career kills.
Based on the fact that she is known more for playing at the net, Bria was pleasantly surprised by the news.
So just how did Bria Garmon find out?
After those two milestones, Bria only has one other goal in mind.
Garmon is now up to 1,225 career digs. Garmon and the Festus Tigers are 13-5-2 heading into a home match-up Thursday night at 7 against the Hillsboro Hawks on AM 1400 KJFF.
