Festus Tiger Dominik Kayser Makes First Cross Country Dream Team as a Senior

(FESTUS) Dominik Kayser of Festus boys cross country polished off his senior season with a coaches selection to the Dream Team.

Area coaches thought that Kayser deserved the honor after he made the All-State team with a 19th-place finish at the Class 3 state meet along with a personal-best 5K time of 16:27 and helping the Tigers to their 6th straight state title.

After his run at state, making Dream Team for Dominik Kayser was just icing on the cake.

Making it on the Dream Team with his teammates Cullen Krieg and Simon Ogle also makes this special.

Kayser isn’t done running this year as he will return for the track season in the spring of 2020. As for running at college, no decision is final yet but Kayser notes that he is leaning towards not doing it.
