Festus Winter-fest and Santa House are a go

(Festus) After a meeting this week with the Festus city personnel, it has been decided that WinterFest and the Santa House will take place in December. Festus City Administrator Greg Camp says they will have safety guidelines in place for WinterFest, and they will take a few of the normal activities off the table.
Camp says visits to the Santa House will be a little different as well.
WinterFest in Festus will take place on Saturday, December 5th. The Santa House will also have several other dates and times for visitors in the following weeks.
