Festus Winterfest continues to stay affordable for visitors

(Festus) Winterfest in the City of Festus is now less than a month away. It takes place all day on Saturday, December 4th along Festus Main Street. Barb Lowry is the Director of Tourism and Recreation with the City of Festus. She says they continue to make this event very inexpensive with many free features.

Lowry says some of the events that have a cost are very low.

There will also be bounce houses, inflatable slides, and street curling for free, and plenty of photo opportunities as well. A few food trucks will be on-site, also, the Santa House will open that day with visits with Santa taking place from 1 until 7 in the evening. Winterfest in Festus takes place on Saturday, December 4th.
