Firefighters put out garage fire in Imperial

Heat of fire.
(Imperial) Firefighters were called to a home in the 1000 block of Remington Drive in Imperial on Sunday afternoon for a garage fire.
Rock Community Fire Protection District spokeswoman Alyson Barton says crews were alerted just before 4pm on Sunday with the first fire truck arriving on scene 10 minutes later.
The fire was under control within a half hour of the first fire trucks arrival and all units cleared the scene just after 5:30pm.
The cause of the fire is ruled undetermined but not suspicious.
