Firefighters Respond to Early Morning House Fire in Dittmer

(Dittmer) Firefighters with the Cedar Hill Fire Protection District responded to a 1st alarm residential fire in the 9100 block of Ridge Road in Dittmer during the early morning hours of February 21.

According to Cedar Hill fire district Chief Mick Fischer, crews were dispatched to the home around 1:30 am.

Chief Fischer mentions fire crews wasted no time handling the fire.

The cause of the fire is ruled undetermined, but not suspicious.
