First Alarm Commercial Fire at DDP Specialty Electron Materials in Pevely

(Pevely) Area fire crews responded to DDP Specialty Electronic Materials, formerly known as Dow Chemical, in Pevely on Monday afternoon for a 1st alarm commercial fire.

Dunklin Fire Protection District Chief Brad Williams says they were dispatched out around 3:30 Monday afternoon.

Dunklin fire was assisted by Hillsboro, Rock Community, Antonia Fire Protection Districts as well as the Festus and Herculaneum Fire Departments.

The Crystal City Fire Department was called up to cover the Dunklin fire house.Joachim Plattin Ambulance District assisted with medical on scene.
