First Responders Get Workers Comp

(Jefferson City) The Missouri Department of Labor, in conjunction with Governor Parson, proposed an emergency rule to allow first responders who have contracted the Coronavirus to be eligible for workers compensation.

Anna Hui, the Department of Labor Director explains.

The department also thought about those already COVID-19 positive.

The announcement was made on Governor Parson’s daily news briefing.
