(Park Hills) A couple months ago, there was talk by Park Hills city leaders to do away with putting flouride in the city’s water system.

That changed after Tuesday night’s city council meeting.

City Administrator Mark McFarland explains why the reversal took place.

The City of Park Hills also had a public hearing Tuesday night to possibly annex a piece of property into town, requested by the property owners.

In other news from the Park Hills City Council meeting, Lead Belt Materials was selected to do paving work on a portion of East Main Street and a portion of Firmin Street.

Also, the city council work session meetings for November and December were cancelled.
