Flu Numbers have Doubled Quickly in Missouri

(Farmington) The number of flu cases in Missouri has nearly doubled from the last reporting week.

The state health department says 485 positive cases of the flu were reported from December 1st through the 7th.

There were 264 cases the week before.

One person died of the flu during the first week in December, bring Missouri’s flu death total this season to four.
