Flu season coming to a close

(Jefferson County) This week marks the last in regards to flu season and the CDC reporting weekly case numbers.

The flu season typically runs from early October through late May.

With the overall flu season outlook locally, here is Brianne Zwiener with the Jefferson County Health Department.

Zwiener notes the county saw a peak in flu cases earlier in the season than usual.
