Former Cedar Hill Firefighter Facing Felony Charges

(Arnold) A former Cedar Hill firefighter is facing a felony charge after he allegedly used his cell phone to record video of a woman in a tanning booth at Arnold Club Fitness.

According to court documents, Kyle Ryan Polete of St. Louis has been charged with first degree harassment which is a class E felony. The alleged incident happened back in July when Polete recorded the woman who was partially nude. The woman eventually noticed the phone when she was getting dressed.

In the report, Polete confessed to video recording the woman, and told police he deleted the video from his phone. The Cedar Hill Fire protection District issued an official statement about the incident on November 4th.
