(ST. LOUIS, Mo.) – The Missouri Baptist Spartans volleyball team in St. Louis is now number 1 in the country in NAIA after the new rankings dropped Wednesday.

The Spartans have a 12-3 record and have won 12 straight matches, thanks in large part to the contributions of former Mineral Area College players Isidora Stojovic, Katie Duncan, and Raylyn Dodd, with the latter two attending Windsor and Fredericktown before MAC.

Duncan and Stojovic lead Missouri Baptist in kills per set, with marks of 3.06 and 2.79 respectively.

Dodd leads the Spartans in blocks per set, coming in at 0.84.

The next match for Missouri Baptist is Tuesday at William Woods University in Fulton.
