Four Vehicle Crash in Ste. Genevieve County Injures Two

(Miller’s) Two people were injured in a four vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Ste. Genevieve County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Highway 32 just west of Brown Road when all four vehicles were headed eastbound.

A Chevy Cruze driven by 25-year-old Jessica Finley of Ste. Genevieve and a Ford pickup truck driven by 53-year-old David Haarmann of Park Hills were stopped for a school bus.

A Pontiac G5 driven by 22-year-old Nicole Schwent of Desloge began to slow for the stopped traffic up ahead, that’s when a Kia Optima driven by 22-year-old Grant Roberts of Farmington struck the rear of the Pontiac causing each vehicle to strike the rear of the other.

The school bus was not involved.

Roberts received moderate injuries and Schwent had minor injuries.

Both were taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington for treatment.
