Fred Harold Schmitt Sr. — Service 5/3/23 10:30 A.M.

Fred Harold Schmitt, Sr. of Festus passed away Thursday (4/27), at the age of 92. He was a veteran of the United State Coast Guard and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

The funeral service will be Wednesday (5/3) morning at 10:30 at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in DeSoto. Interment in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

The visitation for Fred Schmitt Sr. will be Tuesday (5/2) evening from 4 until 8 at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
