Fredericktown Junior Eagles to Start School Supplies Drive Tuesday with Barbecue Next Saturday

(Fredericktown) The Fraternal Order of Eagles #3758 in Fredericktown has a group of youngsters called the Junior Eagles and they are about to start up a big fundraiser.

Tennessee Royer, a 6th grader in the Fredericktown School District, is a member of the Junior Eagles.

She says they would like Madison County business owners know they will be paying them a visit in the next few weeks, hoping for some donations of school supplies and she says they have another fundraiser next Saturday where the general public can get a great meal and also help out the cause.

Tennessee tells us what kind of school supplies they are looking for and she tells us a little bit more about the Fredericktown Junior Eagles.

If you would like to join the Fredericktown Junior Eagles, they meet the first and third Monday evening of each month at 6 at the Eagles headquarters at 411 Burris Street.

All school supplies collected will then be given to all school districts in Madison County for distribution to students.

Once again, the Fredericktown Junior Eagles barbecue school supply fundraiser is set for Saturday afternoon the 15th from 1 until 5.
