Fredericktown & Perry County 4H Groups Win Grants

(Farmington) F.C.S. Financial, with a location in Farmington, is recognizing 26 different 4-H clubs and FFA chapters with 500-dollar grants for submitting outstanding Shaping Rural Missouri grant applications.

This is the first round of awards.

Due to school closures, a second round of funding was issued with an application deadline of Friday, May 1st.

Local 4-H groups awarded grants include the Fredericktown Farmers 4-H Club.

The grant will be used to install bike racks at local parks and the soccer field.

The Cowboys and Angels 4-H Club in Perry County also received a grant which will be used to update the communication system and concession stand at the fairgrounds in Altenburg.
