Gary Amschler – Private Service

Gary (Rudy) Amschler of Perryville died Wednesday at the age of 66.
He served in the 3rd Army under General Patton during World War II and received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Marksman, European African Middle Eastern Theater Ribbon, Victory Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon and Good Conduct Medal.
A private service will be held by his family.
Ford and Young Funeral Home in Perryville is handling arrangements.
