Primary Responsibilities:  Use of hand grinders  Use sand and rotoblast equipment 
Light finish work, including cleaning and preparing parts for shipment  Packing  Safely
operate forklifts  Calculate weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.  Prepare
shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, dock receipts, or
certificates of origin.  Determine transportation mode for product to be shipped.  Use
Starship Program software to enter UPS and FedEx orders.  Receive packing lists and
enter information into a computer database for inventory accuracy.  Clerical and plant
duties such as filing, cycle counting, organizing, ordering supplies, and working with small
part finishing.
Requirements  High School diploma or equivalent required.  At least one year of prior
experience in shipping is preferred.  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Strong attention to detail  The ability to
multi-task, or handle multiple tasks simultaneously  Must have the ability to work 40
hours a week as scheduled and maintain a punctual, reliable attendance record – schedule
will be Tuesday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm

Physical Demands  Moderate to heavy physical effort required  Must be able to safely lift
items weighing up to 50 pounds a regular basis  Regularly required to stand, reach, and
move about the facility.
