Governor Announces Phase I of Reopening Plan

(Jefferson City) Governor Mike Parson broke down phase one of his plan to reopen Missouri.

The plan starts by getting people back out into public.

Certain places will still have some limits on what they can do.

Parson says different communities will open more rapidly than others but he is confident Missouri is ready to begin this process.
