Grant to Fund Mapping of Mine Waste Sites

(Farmington) The U.S. Geological Survey has announced the award of $241,301 over a two-year period to the Missouri Geological Survey through the U.S.G.S. Earth Mapping Resources Initiative Mine Waste Program.
Luke Turnbough says most of that money will be spent here in the listening area.
