Greene County County Clerk Visits Farmington

(Farmington) The county clerk for Greene County Missouri was in Farmington on Thursday. Shane Schoeller has thrown his hat in the ring as a candidate for Missouri Secretary of State. He says he decided to run for secretary of state to make sure citizens can trust the election process.

Schoeller is also a former state representative in the 139th district of Missouri. He’s the first candidate to officially announce he’s running for that office. Jay Ashcroft is the current Missouri Secretary of State.
