Haggard hoping for another term at Herculaneum Mayor

(Herculaneum) For the first time in several years, Herculaneum Mayor Bill Haggard has an opponent in a municipal election. Haggard will be challenged by Ryan Wright in next week’s election. We asked him if he is victorious, would this will be his last term.
Haggard, a lifelong citizen of Herculaneum, has served as the Mayor since 2010. Prior to his time as mayor, Haggard served on the Herculaneum Board of Alderman from 2004 until 2010.
