Head On Out To The St. Francois County Fair Off Of Highway 67 In Farmington

(Farmington) The St. Francois County Fair is open for the weekend at the fairgrounds right off Highway 67. A big event kicks off the Friday fun with the Cowboy Mounted Pink Out Shootout. Fair board member Ann Goodman describes this fan favorite which starts at 4:30.

St. Francois County Fair Board President Chris Maxson says they will have a local band kicking off the music Saturday evening at 7:00. Then at 8:00 Saturday night to finish off the fair, it’s the headliner, who comes from the Texas music scene and is known to whip his crowds into a frenzy.

Other events Friday evening at the St. Francois County Fair include bull riding and a couple local young bands will perform Friday night. The Caden McNail Band begins playing at 7:30 and Fame ‘N’ Fortune will play at 9:30 Friday night. There fair will also have a beer tent on hand Friday and Saturday night.
