Help The Hungry Bake Sale Presents Checks To The Food Pantries

(Farmington) Today was a special day for the two food pantries in Farmington, as they were presented the checks from the Help the Hungry Bake Sale, which was held last November. The two pantries will split $137,000. Jennifer Rhodus is the director of the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry.

Nancy Faulkner is the director of the Farmington Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry. She was almost at a loss for words, but echoed those sentiments.

Chris Landrum is the organizer of the bake sale. She says this makes all their hard work worthwhile.

This was the 16th annual Help the Hungry Bake Sale and Auction. It was held at the St. Joseph Catholic School gymnasium in Farmington.
