Help The Hungry In Farmington Raises Over $80,000

(Farmington) Final numbers are still coming in, but it looks like over 80 thousand dollars has been raised this year through the Help the Hungry Bake Sale and Auction in Farmington. Nancy Faulkner is on the Help the Hungry Committee. She’s also the director of the Farmington Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry. She says this is a huge deal for them.
Nancy Sullivan is also on the committee as well as the board of the Minsterial Alliance. She says they’re helping a large number of people.
Money raised goes to the Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry and the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry in Farmington. Saturday’s event included a live and silent auction, a wreath raffle and a Cookin’ Clergy Auction that raised over 22 thousand dollars.
