Henderson Votes No on “Property Rights” Bill

(Jefferson City) State Representative Mike Henderson of Desloge changed his mind the longer he studied up on House Bill 1751.
In the end, Henderson says he could not vote in favor of the bill even though it has passed out of the House and has now passed out of the State Senate.
Representative Henderson understands why the crafters of this bill wants it but he could not vote in favor of it either.
Time is dwindling on this year’s legislative session in Jefferson City.
Friday, May 10th is the last day floor action can be taken on appropriation bills and Friday the 17th is the last day of the session.
