Herculaneum Cross Country’s Jonathon Coffman Wins Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Athlete of the Week Award
(HERCULANEUM) Herculaneum cross country runner Jonathon Coffman is our latest Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Play It Forward Athlete of the Week.
Coffman finished 2nd at state in Class 3 this past Saturday, breaking his own school record time by running a 15:37 race, the 6th fastest time of the day across all four classes.
Coach Kyle Davis says that Coffman is no stranger to winning weekly awards or awards in general, but he always accepts them with class.
As for the performance at state itself, Coach Davis couldn’t offer more praise.
With Coffman’s All-State status as a senior, he becomes the first Herky cross country runner ever to medal at state all four years. As the Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Play it Forward Athlete of the Week, Jonathon will receive a certificate, a T-shirt, and Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy will make a $25 donation to a charity of his choice.
