Herculaneum Girls’ Hoops Hoping For Breakthrough Season With Senior Laden Group
(Herculaneum, Mo.) The Herculaneum Blackcats girls basketball program will return all five of their starters from last year’s team that went 19-8 as they look to take the next step.
Herculaneum graduated just two seniors from last year’s team. This year’s seniors have played together since middle school and just finished a volleyball season in which they made it to the district championship match. Seniors Claire Shadowens, Emily Fischer, RaeAnn Fuller, Ashley Lodike, and Lauren Partney will all return.+++

Sophomore Taylor Metcalf is also expected to play a big impact on the team this year. Herculaneum is off to a nice start after they easily took care of the Windsor Owls Monday night in a 71-26 win to open up the 2017 season.+++
