Hershel Arthur Dugan of Festus, passed away Sunday (12/12), he was 79 years old.
A visitation will be held Thursday (12/16) evening from 4 until 8 at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
A second visitation will be held Friday (12/17) morning from 9 until the time of the funeral service at 10 at First United Methodist Church in Festus. Burial in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City.
