Hershel Bess of Fredericktown died Sunday at the age of 83. The funeral service will be Thursday afternoon at 1 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Burial will be in Marcus Memorial Park. Visitation for Hershel Bess will be Wednesday evening after 5 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
