(Park Hills) LARP is becoming a big deal in the Regional Radio listening area.

In fact, one local, live action roll player is upping the local LARP scene up a couple notches to the national level.

Gabriel Parker of Farmington explains it in a way only a larper could love.

Parker enjoys making LARP weapons.

Don’t worry, they are not real.

It’s kind of like homemade Nerf weapons with a lot of padding.

There’s a LARP group in Desloge called the Amp Guarders and there’s another group in Park Hills called the Flarpers and Parker says it looks like Fredericktown may be the next local town to get in on the Live Action Roll Play phenomenon.
